12 very ripe figs, halved
1/3 pound thinly sliced prosciutto, (end of isle 12)
2 tablespoons Balsamic Syrup or good quality balsamic vinegar, (isle 5)
Shavings of Parmesan cheese, (isle 11)
Arrange fig halves on each plate. Drape the prosciutto over the figs and drizzle over the balsamic syrup or vinegar. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately.
