Ingredients
- 12 very ripe figs, halved
- 1/3 pound thinly sliced prosciutto, (end of isle 12)
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Syrup or good quality balsamic vinegar, (isle 5)
- Shavings of Parmesan cheese, (isle 11)
Directions
- Arrange fig halves on each plate.
- Drape the prosciutto over the figs and drizzle over the balsamic syrup or vinegar.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
