Figs and Prosciutto


Ingredients

  • 12 very ripe figs, halved
  • 1/3 pound thinly sliced prosciutto, (end of isle 12)
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Syrup or good quality balsamic vinegar, (isle 5)
  • Shavings of Parmesan cheese, (isle 11)

Directions

  • Arrange fig halves on each plate. 
  • Drape the prosciutto over the figs and drizzle over the balsamic syrup or vinegar. 
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan. 
  • Serve immediately.
