Wine Down Wednesday
February 18 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Rainy Day Wind Down Wednesday
Watsonville | Wednesday the 18th | 5 to 7 PM
When the rain starts falling, it’s time to slow down and settle in. Join us for a cozy evening of California wines that are perfect for a stormy night.
We’re pouring four beautiful bottles, all from California:
Assiduous Grüner Veltliner from Monterey County
Bright citrus, green apple, and a little white pepper. Fresh and lively. Great with goat cheese, roasted veggies, or sustainable seafood.
Foxen 2019 Chenin Blanc from Santa Maria Valley
Crisp pear, light honey, and beautiful minerality. Perfect with rotisserie chicken, creamy pasta, or brie.
Bottle Jack 2019 Sangiovese from Santa Clara Valley
Cherry, dried herbs, and soft earthy notes. Easy to love and very food friendly. Pair with pizza, tomato based pasta, or a charcuterie board.
Pala Centosere from North San Diego County
Dark berries, warm spice, and smooth tannins. Rich and comforting. Delicious with grass fed burgers, braised meats, aged cheddar, or dark chocolate.
Rain on the roof. A glass in your hand. Good friends. That’s a perfect Wednesday.
Join us in Watsonville and wind down with us.
Special pricing during the tasting.
