About Balletto Vineyards

Balletto is a true Sonoma County success story. After the loss of his father at age 17, founder John Balletto took over the family’s small vegetable farm and eventually grew it into one of Northern California’s largest farming operations. In the late 1990s, the family transitioned from vegetables to wine grapes and began producing their own wines from estate vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Today, Balletto remains family-owned and farms hundreds of acres of sustainably grown vineyards, with all of their wines sourced from their own estate fruit.
