Kombucha Update II

You've probably read the articles . . . 
Like this one ( from Metro Santa Cruz ) . . .
and this one ( from The New York Times ). . .

Or maybe you are a regular Kombucha drinker who didn't need the news to find out your favorite drink was being pulled from store shelves across the country about a month ago.   Although many Kombucha makers stopped producing and shipping product at that time, a few continue to produce authentic, unpasteurized Kombucha.  We have continued to carry them.

Currently we offer 3 ways to get your Unpasteurized 'Bucha fix here at the Staff of Life.

Since before the ban we have offered  KOMBUCHA BOTANICA, brewed right here in Santa Cruz.  They are not producing bottles right now but we continue to carry it On Tap in our Deli.


 

And finally we are introducing a new 'Bucha,  VIBRANZ.
On Facebook today they announced "Vibranz is the first, and at this point, the only Kombucha that has been approved by the distributors for meeting the FDA standards and is back on shelves of grocery stores"  !
