Moving On Up (Part II)
There's lots of action happening at our future location 1266 Soquel. As we previously mentioned, demolition began in May and now things are moving full steam ahead!
We hope to be ready to open the new location by January 2011.
So far, the trenches for plumbing, drainage, wiring, and whatever
else goes underground have been dug and are starting to get filled.
Concrete then gets poured this week.
Also, we have stripped the old roof. Next up for the roof is the
installation of skylights. (We are really excited about that roof ! )
In tandem with all of this physical remodeling comes the internal
remodeling, ie: figuring out what our new schedules will be like, will we
need to hire more people, what kind of new products will we be able to fit
into our new space, what new services will we be able to offer, etc.
And while all of that is going on, we are already putting in
orders with our suppliers for Thanksgiving and the Holidays
to make sure we'll have everything you and your family
needs to make it another great year !
Who says there's no such thing as multi-tasking?
